Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing We process and pack all footwear orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the shoes and your delivery address. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.

3. International Shipping VIVIAN AMIS LIMITED ships globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees applied by the destination country once the shipment arrives. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your shoes or their original box arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check your surroundings and with your local carrier. VIVIAN AMIS LIMITED is not liable for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier confirms delivery.
